Samkat Ritz, LLC, Susan Schafer, 1101 N Seivers Ln Ritzville, WA 99169-9798, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit.

The proposed project, Ritzville Travel Center, is located east of SR 261 and south of the Maverick on Homestead Ave. in Ritzville in Adams county.

This project involves 22.7 acres of soil disturbance for Commercial construction activities.

All discharges and runoff goes to ground water.
