AN ORDINANCE AMENDING RATES AND CHARGES FOR SEWERAGE SERVICES AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE COSTS OF RELATED FACILITIES; AND AMENDING SECTION ONE (1) OF ORDINANCE 23-07.

Be it ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Lind, Adams County, Washington, as follows, to-wit:

Section One: That Section One (1) of Ordinance 23-07 of the Town of Lind be hereby amended to read as follows:

The following minimum rates and charges shall take effect on January 1, 2025 and are hereby fixed for sewerage services and shall be paid therefore, to-wit:
