SUMMARY OF Ordinance 24-07

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING RATES TO BE CHARGED FOR THE USE OF WATER FURNISHED BY THE TOWN OF LIND AND AMENDING SECTION ONE OF ORDINANCE 23-06 AS IT PERTAINS TO MONTHLY WATER SERVICE RATES.

Be it ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Lind, Adams County, Washington, as follows, to-wit:

Section One: That beginning January 1, 2025, the Town of Lind shall increase the basic monthly water service rate for all users by one and seventy-three hundredths percent (1.73%) and rounded as Council decision, on the 1st day of January each year thereafter.
