TAKE NOTICE:

That Titus Bowser, of Othello, WA, on June 11, 2024, filed Water Right Change Application No. CG3-00881C(B)@1 to transfer the place of use as granted under Groundwater Certificate No. G3-00881C(B).

That Groundwater Certificate No. G3-00881C(B) authorizes the withdrawal of 14.3 gallons per minute, 23.75 acre-feet per year, each year, from February 1 to November 30, for the seasonal irrigation of 13 acres.

That the currently authorized point of withdrawal is from a well located in Gov’t. Lot 1 within Section 2, T. 15 N., R. 31 E.W...
