TAKE NOTICE:

That Titus Bowser, of Othello, WA, on June 11, 2024, filed Water Right Change Application No. CG3-GWC5851C@2 to transfer the place of use as granted under Groundwater Certificate No. 5851-A.

That Groundwater Certificate No. 5851-A authorizes the withdrawal of 400 gallons per minute, 160 acre-feet per year, each year, from April 1 to October 31, for the seasonal irrigation of 40 acres.
