PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO CHANGE A WATER RIGHT TAKE NOTICE:

That Titus Bowser, of Othello, WA, on June 11, 2024, filed Water Right Change Application No. CG3-01213C@3 to transfer the place of use as granted under Groundwater Certificate No. G3-01213C.

That Groundwater Certificate No. G3-01213C authorizes the withdrawal of 600 gallons per minute, 150 acre-feet per year, each year, from March 1 to October 31, for the seasonal irrigation of 60 acres.
