NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Adams County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. in Room 202 of the Adams County Courthouse, 210 W. Broadway, Ritzville, Washington, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following:
