Othello woman makes honor roll

SPOKANE — An Othello woman has been named to the Spokane Community College honor roll for the summer quarter.

Cassandra Gonzalez-Garza was among students maintaining a 3.0 grade-point average or better during the quarter, the college announced Friday.

Gefre receives $25,000 scholarship

RITZVILLE — Miss Ritzville Temple Gefre has been awarded a $25,000 national scholarship.
