Elaine passed away peacefully surrounded by family. Elaine’s life was rich with rewarding experiences, much of which faded away due to Alzheimer’s. Elaine was born and raised on a farm in Ritzville. She left the farm after high School for nursing school at Sacred Heart in Spokane. Her career spanned 46 years caring for others.

After graduation in 1964 she married Vic Fracchia and left Washington State and moved to California. The couple had two children (Alicia and John) but went their separate ways in 1980. Elaine did not remarry but rais...
