ICE agent held in Othello child-sex case

Williams to face federal charges

OTHELLO — An Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer who traveled here last year for an alleged sexual encounter with a child has turned himself in to federal authorities.

Department of Homeland Security ICE Supervisory Enforcement and Removal Officer Koby Don Williams, 47, of Ellensburg, turned himself in Tuesday, March 14.

He remained in the Spokane County Jail on a U.S. Marshal’s Service hold without bail Monday.

Court records show he was indicted for attempted online enticement; an arrest warrant issued March 7 in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.
