Habram Andrade-Pineda, 21, of Othello, arrested for second-degree driving while license suspended in the 2000 block of West Bench Road, Othello. He was released.

Cow shot and killed in the area of East Danekas and East Wellsandt roads, Ritzville.

Harassment reported in the 1100 block of North Rand Lane, Ritzville.

Possible shots fired in the 700 block of South Thacker Road, Othello.
