Flag presentation

Sheriff Dale Wagner accepted a handmade diamond painting of the Thin Blue Line flag last week. The gift was presented by Mary and Joe Stoddard. Mary Stoddard said the project took at least six hours to complete. Wagner plans to hang the flag in the lobby of the Adams County Sheriff's Office....
