PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF FIRST ANNEXATION, COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND ZONING AMENDMENT PUBLIC HEARINGBEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RITZVILLEThe City of Ritzville has pub-lished the following public hear-ing notice to provide the op-portunity for comment on the described property. The file may be examined between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday (except holidays) at Ritzville City Hall, 216 E. Main, Ritzville, Washington. Applicant: H & L Reimer L.L.C. and Shaub PropertiesProject Description: Annexation of 2.143 acres to the City of Ritz-ville. The property is proposed to be zoned Tourist Commercial (C-3).Petition Date: October 3, 2022Legal Sufficiency Date: November 4, 2022Project Location: Parcel No. 2935260140001, 1374 N HWY 261Comprehensive Plan: Parties are requesting a comprehensive plan land use map amendment for 1374 N HWY 261 as a Tourist Commercial Zone (C-3), ap-proximately 2.143 acres.Review Authority: Pursuant to RCC 11.245.090, Type III, legislative review shall require a review and recommendation from the Planning Commission and a review including public hearing before the City Council.Decision Making Authority: Ritzville City Council.Written Comments: Agencies, tribes, and the public are encouraged to review and provide written comments on the proposal. During this period written com-ments may be submitted to the Clerk-Treasurer at [email protected] by 5pm on the 17th day of January 2023.
