bluestem wheat

Those who have watched the quotations for wheat have observed that Big Bend Bluestem wheat produced in the Ritzville territory commands a premium of about ten cents a bushel over bluestem wheats produced in other sections of the state and a considerably wider margin over the soft club wheats of the Palouse country.

This is due to the fact that Big Bend Bluestem is coming to be recognized as a much more valuable flour for milling purposes.
