Bronco Inn wins award

RITZVILLE – The Best Western Bronco Inn in Ritzville won the highly acclaimed M.K.Guertin award at a recent convention in Las Vegas, Nevada. The locally-owned Bronco Inn is one of sixty-nine North American hotels to receive this award. The award was presented on October 7th at a ceremony attended by hoteliers, corporate staff, and senior leadership. Hotels that receive this award are believed to best represent the Best Western founder's vision.

These hotels are believed to exhibit the best levels of quality, guest satisfaction, and brand loyalty, among other criteria. At the convention, Ishwar Naran, Chairman of the Board of directors, said "Named after our founder, this award holds great meaning and recognizes the top-performing hotels in our company across areas such as quality assurance, customer service, guest satisfaction and commitment to the brand."

The Chairman said that although hotels have faced challenging times during the pandemic, the Ritzville Bronco Inn has shown unwavering dedication to excellence. According to Nicole Theil, the Inn's general manager, it is quite an honor to receive this award. She said at one point they had to turn guests away, but have recently been able to expand the Inn to better accommodate their 70,000 annual guests. "We met the criteria of the five areas for excellent service, response to evaluations, above and beyond customer service, above and beyond cleanliness, and just doing our best." said Theil. Theil said "Our staff has worked exceptionally hard this year with our expansion, our staff are phenomenal and definitely deserve this award.." Thiel said the esteemed award helps put Ritzville on the map nationally and internationally. She said that the Bronco Inn is now in the top 5% of Best Westerns in the world.
