RITZVILLE - The Lions Club of Ritzville will be roasting chickens at the Wheat Land Communities Fairgrounds this Friday, July 16.

To reserve your chicken(s), call or text John at 509 660 0290.

Chickens can be picked up between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at Wheatland Communities Fairgrounds. Cost is $8 per chicken.

“We don't usually do this in July, but we are mainly doing it to help out the farmers who are harvesting right now,” Lions club secretary Cory Bartlett said.
