Hoopsters named to All League Teams

Three Bronco girls, two boys chosen for NE2B

RITZVILLE - Northeast 2B league basketball teams named their All-League players, with three Bronco girls and two Bronco boys receiving this distinguished honor.

For the NE 2B Girls All League Basketball, Bronco Dakota Killian, a junior, was named to the 1st Team. Senior Janaye Wilkie was named to the 2nd Team; and Julia Klein, a senior, was named to the 3rd Team.

The girls are coached by Steve Wellsandt, assisted by Shannon Court.

For the NE 2B Boys All League Basketball, Bronco Drew Kelly, a senior, was named to the 1st Team. Sophomore Chase Galbreath was named to the 2nd Team.

The boys are coached by Dustan Arlt, assisted by Bryce Court.

Other regional athletes named to the girls' NE 2B League All Opponent 1st Team are Darby Soliday, Davenport; Teagan Colvin, Liberty; Mya Edwards, Kettle Falls; Cambrie Rickard, Saint George's; and Ellie Sander, Northwest Christian. Asher Cai of Colfax was named Most Valuable Player, and Davenport's Stacia Soliday was named Coach of the Year.

Earning places on the 2nd Team are Ellie Telford, Davenport; Ellie Denny, Liberty; and Reardan's Ayden Krupke and Madelyn Dewey.

Also named to the 3rd Team are Kayla Paine, Asotin; Annika Bergquist, Saint George's; Jaisha Gibb, Colfax; LaVay Shurrum, Kettle Falls; and Makenzie Ritchie, Northwest Christian.

For the NE 2B Boys All League Basketball, John Lustig of Colfax was named Most Valuable Player; and Colfax's Reece Jenkin earned Coach of the Year.

Other regional athletes named to the 1st Team are Nick Watkins; Saint George's; Tennesee Rainwater, Davenport; Tayshawn Colvin, Liberty; and Nico Morales, Saint George's.

Also named to the 2nd All League Team are London Foland, Liberty; Brennick Soliday, Davenport; Seth Lustig, Colfax; and Colton Marsh, Liberty.

Named to the 3rd Team are Nick Franks, Chewelah; Van Ricker, Liberty; Nick Heier, Asotin; Lukas Kubik, Chewelah; Damian Demler, Colfax; and Cody Sprecher, Reardan.
