Paraprofessional recognized for going Above and Beyond

LIND – Mrs. Eleda Najera, recognized for her dedication and support for Lind-Ritzville Middle School students and families, received the Above and Beyond Award.

"Eleda is an outstanding paraprofessional who goes the extra mile to support student learning at Lind-Ritzville Middle School," Principal Darrell Lembcke said. "It doesn't matter what we ask her to do, from covering extra cafeteria duties to subbing for certified teachers, Eleda always approaches any task assigned to her with pride and an awesome attitude."

Najera, a math support paraprofessional, has worked for the district the past three years.

"Eleda is an excellent employee and educator. She does an excellent job of providing extra math support to our middle school students," Lembcke said.

Her hard work and dedication make her an important part of our Lind-Ritzville Middle School staff."
