RITZVILLE — Mobile right lane closures on Highway 395 northbound will be taking place today, May 18, between milepost 69 and 75, south of Ritzville. The

Spokane Regional Transportation Management Center said the closures will be taking place between 9 a.m. until about 3 p.m., for installing recessed pavement markings. Expect slow-moving traffic and short delays up to five minutes.
