Bronco golfers hit Chewelah greens of varying difficulty

CHEWELAH – Golfers traveled to Chewelah, playing on two different courses based on the degree of difficulty of the 18-hole course over the simpler 9-hole course.

Some of the golfers played twice around the 9-hole course, to get a score.

Hunter Dinkins shot a 94 on the 18-hole course.

"He was the only Lind-Ritzville golfer with a qualifying score that would enable him to play the tougher course," Coach Bryce Court said.

Court said Lance Williamson improved upon his first 18-hole round to shoot a 101 on the 9-hole course, which he played twice to establish a score.
