Dust storms reduce visibility

ADAMS COUNTY — High wind warnings are in effect in the region. An Adams County Sheriff's Deputy reported visibility being sporadically zero as he traveled southbound on 395 from milepost 74 around 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 13. The deputy reported there are points where you can't see, followed by areas where it's clear, then back to low visibility again.
