RITZVILLE – Four Lind-Ritzville high school juniors competed in this year's Distinguished Young Women program, with a showcase event highlighting the girls' talent, fitness and self-expression Sunday, Mar. 28.

Dakota Killian was chosen as the 2022 Distinguished Young Woman.

"I'm just very excited to be able to represent this community," Killian said. "I love this community and I'm grateful to have lived here my entire life, so I'm happy for this opportunity."
