Four local students compete for DYW scholarship

RITZVILLE – Four young women will be competing in this year's Distinguished Young Women scholarship pageant.
Dakota Killian, daughter of Lisa Annette and Gordon Lee Killian hopes to attend Brigham Young University and become a journalist or author. She enjoys sports as well as competing in FBLA events, writing short stories, playing games with her family, traveling, reading, and dancing. Her talent for the pageant will be playing the piano.
