Volunteers needed to bring Christmas to Malden, Pine City fire victims

SPOKANE – Innovia Foundation is launching “A Pine Creek Christmas: Celebrating Malden and Pine City” to provide a brighter Christmas for the families of Malden and Pine City displaced by the September wildfires.

The foundation is partnering with individuals, families and businesses to connect sponsors with families. Sponsors will serve as Santa, and bring wrapped gifts for their assigned family, or making a cash contribution for someone else to do the shopping.

The foundation is also seeking volunteers to help with shopping, wrapping gifts and delivering presents.
