Weapons Offense - 2200 block West Highway 26 Othello

Report of a subject being shot at the location. Deputies conducted an investigation, and the subject was transported to OCH for medical attention for non-life-threatening injuries.

Traffic Hazard - North Klein Road and East Griffith Road Ritzville

Cattle on the roadway.

Suspicious - 2100 block West April Street Othello

Report of items moved around a yard. Subject advised nothing was stolen and items were just moved slightly.

Suspicious - East Highway 21 and East Davis Road Ritzville

Report of an abandoned vehicle inside a barn at the location. Deputies explained options for getting the vehicle, registered out of state, removed.

Suspicious - 300 block West 1st Street Lind

Deputies observed a large amount of a substance that appeared to blood at listed location with no one around. The scene was documented and a sample collected.

November 21

Welfare Check - 600 block South Kaylee Road Othello

Request for welfare of a juvenile at the location. Deputies found the child to be well taken care of.

Burglary - 2200 block West McManamon Road Othello

Report of residnetial burglary. Deputies documented items as stolen and provided recommendations to prevent future break-ins.

Fireworks - 2100 block West April Street Othello

Report of fireworks at the location.

Suspicious - 600 block South Foulkes Road Lind

Report of a subject driving his vehicle off the roadway and given a ride to a gas station. Deputies observed evidence of mechanical failure. Vehicle was off the travel portion of the roadway.

Traffic Hazard - 400 block East Rosenoff Road Ritzville

Report of a motorcycle driving by repeatedly at a high rate of speed near the location.

November 22

Suspicious - 900 block West Cunningham Road Othello

Report of a vehicle driving in the area that may have dumped some garbage or left something there.

Vehicle Theft - 600 block South Taylor Road Othello

Complainant had a vehicle running outside to warm it up. Two subjects got into the vehicle and stole it. The vehicle was located shortly after, approximately one mile away.

Suspicious - 600 block South Nimey Lane Othello

Complainant reported two subjects on his property acting suspiciously, and when he began to follow them, they ran and jumped fences. It was determined the subjects were involved in a vehicle theft earlier that morning.

Suspicious - 600 block South Taylor Road Othello

Complainant called dispatch stating she needed someone there and hung up. Deputies contacted her and she didn’t want to report anything.

Citizen Dispute - 2100 block North Schoonover Road Ritzville

Deputies responded to a report of an assault at the location and determined no assaultive behavior had taken place. Deputies negotiated with a subject and arranged for the family to transport him to a distant train station.

November 23

Agency Assist - North Highway 395 near milepost 79 Ritzville

Single vehicle rollover collision with unknown injuries at the location. Deputies responded as well as EMS and Lind FIRE. The driver refused medical aid. WSP arrived and took over the investigation.

Agency Assist - North Highway 395 near milepost 85 Ritzville

Single vehicle collision non-injury collision at the location. WSP was unable to respond due to being busy with other collisions.

Vehicle Prowl - 600 block South Taylor Road Othello

Complainant advised of several items being taken out of her vehicle at the location.

Agency Assist - West I-90 near milepost 234 Ritzville

Single vehicle rollover collision with unknown injuries at the location. Deputies responded as well as EMS and Ritzville FIRE. The driver refused medical aid. WSP arrived and took over the investigation.

Theft - 400 block East Yeisley Road Lind

Complainant advised her Wi-Fi router; meat products and bleach had been stolen. She believed there was an airplane flying over her house in communication with a white car in the area, advising them when she was gone.

Violation of Court Order - 1800 block West Sutton Road Othello

Possible violation of a protection order at the location. Subjects were uncooperative. The victim later arrived at her residence with injuries and provided information referencing the violation of the court order and assault.

November 24

Traffic Offense - South Highway 17 and West Sutton Road Othello

Brendi Romero-Rodriguez was arrested, cited, and released for having a suspended license and driving without the required ingnition interlock. A 16-year-old female juvenile was released to her parent.

Agency Assist - 500 block “L” Street Quincy

The Tactical Response Team was called out for a barricaded subject at the location after being in a pursuit with Quincy Police. Gas was deployed into the residence and the barricaded subject came out and was taken into custody.

Suspicious - North Anderson Road and East Schrag Road Ritzville

Report of a suspicious van parked along the roadway at the location. Deputies were advised by the occupants they were out of fuel. Both occupants had suspended licenses and were in the process of calling a licensed driver to assist them.

Suspicious 911 - 1000 block Harder Road Ritzville

Report of a 911 hang-up call at the location. Deputies determined a child was trying to make a call and there was no emergency.

Theft - West Schrag Road and North Batum Road Ritzville

Complainant reported a theft of mail and said the lock was cut off his mail box.

Suspicious - 400 block East Yeisley Road Lind

Complainant advised of suspicious circumstances with unknown subjects altering her Wi-Fi user name and password.

Fraud - 300 block West Harder Road Ritzville

Complainant reported receiving mail regarding a fraudulent loan and said he did not disclose any information because he did not have a farm loan from the company.

Citizen Assist - 1400 block North Longmeier Road Ritzville

Complainant advised of possible abuse involving a family member. Deputies determined the possible abuse happened in a different jurisdiction.

Suspicious - 2200 block West Highway 26 Othello

Report of a suspicious subject looking into windows at the location. The subject left the area after observing the complainant calling dispatch.

Welfare Check - 600 block South Kaylee Road Othello

Complainant advised of child custody issues. Deputies advised the complainant to contact the courts for parenting plan.

Suspicious - 600 block South Taylor Road Othello

Subjects in a vehicle were advised the park was closed after dark and they left.

November 25

Agency Assist - North Highway 395 near milepost 95 Ritzville

Single vehicle collision with the vehicle on its side and the driver trapped. Deputies and WSP arrived on scene. The driver was out of the vehicle and did not want medical aid.

Agency Assist - West I-90 near milepost 229 Ritzville

Deputies assisted WSP in an area with multiple collisions.

Harassment - 1400 block North Longmeier Road Ritzville

Complainant advised of a text message believed to be a threat to his employment.

Welfare Check - 600 block South Kaylee Road Othello

Complainant called requesting a welfare check on her child. Deputies confirmed the well-being of the child.

Suspicious - 600 block South Canal Road Othello

Complainant advised of a suspicious vehicle in the area, which deputies discovered to be a county employee.

Theft - South Highway 17 and West Lee Road Othello

Deputies determined an electronic navigation antenna was removed from farm equipment. The high-value equipment will be reported as stolen to the manufacture and rendered useless to future users.

Suspicious - 1300 block North Deal Road Ritzville

Complainant contacted reportd a blue colored object falling from the sky and landing out of view.

Agency Assist - 100 block West 5th Avenue Ritzville

Ritzville Police requested assistance with contacting subjects at the location regarding a domestic assault incident that occurred at a different location. .

Complainant reported a vehicle driving fast and having a loud exhaust system at the above listed location.

Suspicious - 700 block South Sara Lane Othello

Deputies were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle call at the location.
