Thanksgiving, 1920

Thanksgiving Day for Ritzville promises to be a normal fall day. The weather in a way typifies the general conditions which prevail for Thanksgiving Day. There are clouds overhead which shut off the sun; there are clouds in the business world; clouds in the international situation. But we have the firm condition that back of the clouds there is the sun; that back of the grayness and the shadows are the sunshine and the brightness of better days.
