November 13

Citizen Assist – 100 block Bronson Street Hatton

Complainant advised a subject had changed the locks at the location.

Suspicious – 2200 block West Barbara Road Othello

Unknown female at the location. She advised deputies she wanted to meet her neighbors.

Citizen Dispute – 600 block South Andes Road Othello

Subjects advised of a landlord/tenant issue.

Citizen Assist – 300 block South Main Street Washtucna

Complainant reported finding bb’s lodged in his dog’s body. Deputies determined he allowed the animal to roam the city unsupervised, and advised the complainant to keep the animal on his private property..

November 14

Suspicious 911 – 600 block South Wagon Road Othello

911 hang-up at the location. Subject advised deputies nobody called 911.

Suspicious – West Cunningham Road and South Danielle Road Othello

Deputies contacted a subject carrying a box made of 2x4 wooden boards, who said the wood was given to him by a business in Othello.

Lost/Found Property – 2100 block West Bench Road Othello

Deputies went to a lost/found call at the location, and recovered a firearm not in the data base. Investigation is ongoing.

Abandoned Vehicle – 2000 block West Bench Road Othello

Complainant requested junk vehicle affidavits on multiple vehicles.

Alarm – 800 block South Highland Road Othello

False alarm.

Trespassing – 800 block East Hatton Road Lind

Complainant advised seeing trespassers the previous night, and provided a copy of surveillance.

Fire – 2100 block West Cunningham Road Othello

Deputies observed an unsupervised fire and warned the responsible.

Suspicious 911 – 2300 block West Sutton Road Othello

Complainant under the influence of narcotics, believed phone calls were not being made due to subjects controlling their phone. Deputies stood by while the phone calls went through as desired.

Nuisance/Noise – 1300 block West Cunningham Road Othello

Responsible said the music would be turned off.

November 15

Traffic Accident – 600 block South Danielle Road Othello

Traffic collision at the location. The driver fled the scene and later returned. Mariano Hernandez-Sales was taken into custody for DUI and other license related offenses, and later released to a relative.

Fish & Game – 2700 block West McManamon Road Othello

Complainant found a deer suffering a broken leg on her property but WSDFW was unavailable. The deer was dispatched by a private party and salvaged.

Suspicious – 300 block West Main Street Lind

Report of a trailer with its door open. Deputies secured the residence.

Harassment – 100 block North Main Street Washtucna

Report of multiple harassing phone calls. Deputies determined no criminal activity occurred.

Nuisance/Noise – South Kaylee Road Othello

Deputies contacted the responsible, who advised the party was over.

Agency Assist – 1500 block East Gun Club Road Ritzville

Agency assist request with contacting the registered owner of a vehicle. Deputies discovered no residence there and the registered owners do not live within Adams County.

Suspicious – 2100 block West April Street Othello

Report of a bicycle was moved but nothing was stolen from the property.

Nuisance/Noise – 2200 block Deborah Court Othello

The responsible, previously contacted, turned off music prior to deputies clearing from the scene.

Agency Assist – Moon Road Othello

Connell Police requested assistance with a pursuit heading into Adams County. Deputies pursued the suspect vehicle, and Emmanuel Ayala was taken into custody after the vehicle crashed and a foot pursuit was initiated.

November 16

Theft – 800 block South Steele Road Othello

Report of a theft of a firearm between Nov. 15 - Nov. 16. Investigation is ongoing.

Medical – 300 block South Steele Road Othello

Report of an aggressive dog not letting EMS inside the residence. A friend of the patient secured the dog.

Citizen Assist – 1800 block West Sutton Road Othello

Report of a possible violation of court order at the location. No violation occurred.

Suspicious – 2200 block West Cunningham Road Othello

Complainant advised of a female on the property. The female left on foot to the north west.

Suspicious – 2200 block West Cunningham Road Othello

Complainant advised of a subject walking on her property and her neighbors property, banging on the windows. The subject was given a courtesy ride into town.

Runaway Juvenile – 600 block South Diana Lane Othello

Report of a runaway juvenile at the location, was entered into the system.

Civil Matter – 600 block South Wagon Road Othello

Complainant attempting to get in contact with a driver of a vehicle from a collision was provided resources.

Suspicious – 2200 block Deborah Court Othello

Report of two subjects at a neighboring property who have been there multiple times today.

Runaway Juvenile – 1900 block West Hampton Road Othello

Report of a runaway juvenile at the location. The juvenile later returned home.

Weapon Offense – 2100 block West Moon Road Othello

Report of noises, possibly gunshots. Deputies contacted subjects in a vehicle. A firearm was observed and bullet casings located on the ground. Investigation is ongoing.

Suspicious – 100 block North Main Street Washtucna

Report of an on-going problem with unknown subjects calling complainant’s phone from blocked numbers.

November 17

Suspicious – 2000 block West Bench Road Othello

A subject was observed sleeping in a vehicle blocking fuel pumps. The subject returned with driving status suspended and active warrants, and was advised not to drive.

Citizen Assist – 2200 block West Cunningham Road Othello

Complainant advised of her brother acting aggressively at the location. No assault occurred and the subject left voluntarily.

Traffic Hazard – North Snyder Road and East Griffith Road Ritzville

Cattle on the roadway in the area.

Traffic Hazard – West Highway 26 and South Hays Road Othello

Dogs and cattle in the roadway, an ongoing issue. Deputies told the responsible she could be cited for her animals causing traffic hazards and being at large.

Citizen Assist – 600 block South Hays Road Othello

Complainant advised one of her neighbors ran over her dog, which was in the roadway, and wanted the driver to pay for her dog’s broken leg. Deputies advised complainant she was responsible for her dog, and any damages caused to the vehicle.

Theft – East Rosenoff Road and North Wahl Road Ritzville

Complainant advised between Nov. 14 and Nov. 16 his mail was stolen. Investigation is ongoing.

Warrant Service – 2000 block West Bench Road Othello

A female subject at the listed location was found to have a local warrant. Isabel Ramirez was arrested and later booked into jail.

Suspicious – 300 block South Roxboro Road Othello

Complainant advised of a suspicious vehicle which he believed to be at the location.

Traffic Offense – South Highway 395 near milepost 89 Ritzville

A traffic stop found the driver to have a suspended license. Richard Dew was arrested, cited, and released.

Theft – 2100 block West April Street Othello

Report of items moved around and stolen from the location. Investigation is ongoing.

Citizen Assist – 2000 block West Bench Road Othello

Report of a juvenile consuming a large number of pills at the location. Deputies and EMS responded. Deputies determined the juvenile was in good health and did not consume any pills.

November 18

Alarm – 1800 block West Lee Road Othello

Report of a burglary occurring at the location. The building was cleared, finding no subjects inside, signs of forced entry or burglary.

Missing Person – 800 block South Taylor Road Othello

Report of a female subject missing. The subject left the location without her phone after an argument. Investigation is ongoing.

Agency Assist – 400 block East 5th Avenue Ritzville

Ritzville Police requested assistance with an unsecured building. Deputies assisted with clearing the building.

Suspicious – West McManamon Road Othello

Juveniles were contacted at the location, Parents advised the juveniles did not have permission to be out that late.

Weapons Offense – 600 block South Kristina Road Othello

Complainant advised of her vehicle being shot twice at the location. Investigation is ongoing.

Alarm – 1300 block North Wahl Road Ritzville

False alarm.

Abandoned Vehicle – 2100 block West Margaret Lane Othello

Complainant requested contact from law enforcement to assist with a vehicle abandoned on their property.

Alarm – 600 block South Danielle Road Othello

False alarm.

Assault – 700 block West Highway 26 Othello

Complainant reported an assault not in progress at the location. Deputies determined siblings were in a heated dispute over a television’s high volume.

Traffic Hazard – South Damon Road and South Lind-Hatton Road Lind

Public works cleared grain from roadway.

Agency Assist – 800 block South Skylark Way Othello

CPS referral for service at the location. The matter was held over for dayshift action.

Suspicious – South Highway 17 Othello

Report of a subject walking along the highway with little clothing on. The subject was attempting to walk to the Tri-Cities area for a Greyhound bus, and given a courtesy ride to the bus station in Moses Lake.

November 19

Traffic Accident – West Rosenoff Road and North Damon Road Ritzville

Deputies located a vehicle in the ditch in the Ritzville area. The driver advised a vehicle came into his lane, so he swerved to avoid it.

Agency Assist – Royal City

Members of the Tactical Response Team conducted a high-risk vehicle take down at the location. Once the scene was secure, team members cleared.

Citizen Assist – 2200 block West Mockingbird Lane Othello

Request for law enforcement standby for a child custody exchange.

Fraud – South Reynolds Road Othello

Report of fraudulent transactions occurring with business checking account.

Juvenile Problem – 2100 block West Bench Road Othello

The complainant advised the juvenile was located and law enforcement was no longer needed.
