ADAMS COUNTY — The Energy Assistance Program OIC of Washington opened registration for winter season assistance September 17.

To be eligible, you must live within Adams or Grant County, fall within the income guidelines, show proof of income for the previous three months, and provide proof of identification for every member of the home.
