Temporary U.S. Bank closure

RITZVILLE – U.S. Bank temporarily closed it's Ritzville branch Friday, August 28.

"The Ritzville location has operated on a limited basis since the onset of the COVID-19 public health crisis, and will temporarily close to allow staffing resources to be used in other ways to support our customers," said Vice President Evan A. Lapiska Thursday, August 27. "We will continue to serve customers through our other branches in the area, including lobby service in Harrington and Warden, and drive-up service in Moses Lake."

Lapiska said U.S. Bank began making operational changes to balance providing an essential service with employee and customer safety during the pandemic back in March.

Sarah J. Kissler, the Branch Manager in Ritzville, said the ATM (cash machine) on site will remain open, and mail received at the branch will continue to be processed daily.

Kissler said mail can also be sent to the Harrington branch, located at 1 N. 3rd Street, Harrington, WA 99134. Their phone number is 509 253 4321.

In Warden, U.S. Bank can be found at 116 S. Main Ave.

The Moses Lake branch is located at 203 E. 3rd Ave.

The Othello branch, located at 401 E. Main Street, has a drive-through open; as well as the Connell branch located at 800 S. Columbia Ave.
