RITZVILLE – East Adams Care Center has been sold to Gibralter Senior Living Center in Bellingham for $520,000.
The sale, which closed August 10, included a year-long lease back for East Adams Rural Healthcare to continue to use the kitchen and laundry facilities, according to hospital board members....
