Kahlotus Pool remains closed

KAHLOTUS - City officials are keeping the municipal swimming pool closed due to the coronavirus-related quarantines imposed by Gov. Jay Inslee.

Officials said they will not reopen the pool until Franklin County moves into the so-called Phase 3 of reopening. The county is currently in a modified "Phase 1.5," with most businesses still shuttered.

Nearby pools in Ritzville and Washtucna, both in Adams County, are remaining closed this summer due to the virus restrictions...
