OTHELLO - These individual wind turbine blades, pictured May 13, are headed for delivery to the lay down yard on Sutton Road near Washtucna for placement in June. The Rattlesnake Flat wind farm is projected to power 37,000 homes. Phase One, made up of 57 turbines, covers 24,000 acres with two dozen landowners leasing out land for the turbines.
