Burger's Up: Caddy Shack opens at golf course

RITZVILLE - The Caddy Shack is now open at the Ritzville Golf Course, serving burgers and sandwiches to those playing golf as well as guests just up to enjoy the view of the greens.

Take-out is available, as well as outside dining on the patio overlooking the course.

"We want the Caddy Shack to have a private-club feeling, but open to the public also," owner Diane Kennedy said.

Kennedy opened the doors May 8 and said she had a very busy "soft opening" over Mother's Day weekend.

Restaurant hours are currently 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily, with plans to expand business hours.
