Ritzville opens parks

RITZVILLE — The city planned to reopen parks Tuesday with several restrictions.
Large groups are not permitted and only family members can travel to parks together, officials said.
Park-goers have to keep their distance and no food is allowed, officials said, noting those who go will have to pack out their trash, including disposable gloves and masks.
