Sheriff's Office recovers stolen property

Reward offered for information

RITZVILLE — The Adams County Sheriff’s Office has recovered items they believe to be stolen.

Photographs have been posted of several of the items on the Sheriff’s Office Facebook page for people to view. Photos include keys, phones and other items.

According to Sheriff’s Office staff, many other postings have been published in the last couple of months with recovered property.

Meanwhile, the Adams County Sheriff’s Office is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the recovery of stolen firearms and the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible.

The Sheriff’s Office reports a recent influx of vehicle prowls and burglaries.

If anyone has information regarding the recovery of any weapons believed to have been stolen, they are asked to contact the office as soon as possible.

“We would like to get the firearms back to their rightful owners,” Sheriff Dale Wagner said, adding informants may remain anonymous during the process.

The Sheriff’s Office can be contacted at 509-659-1122.

Messages can also be sent to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office through the messenger service on their Facebook page, officials said..
