Wellsandt named Coach of Year

RITZVILLE — Lind-Ritzville/Sprague girls basketball head coach Steve Wellsandt was voted the Northeast 2B-South coach of the year.

“Of course, coaches don’t put in all the time and hard work for individual honors,” Athletic Director Greg Whitmore said. “But it is certainly nice to be recognized by the other coaches in the league.”
