William West

William West passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the Lake Ridge Center in Moses Lake, WA.

William Roy (Bill) West was born May 11, 1938 to his parents Frank (Bill) R. Jr. and Esther E. Nuetzmann West in Ritzville, WA at the parsonage of the Philadelphia Congregational Church where his maternal grandfather, Hermann Nuetzmann, was pastor.

Bill lived in Washtucna until 1947 when they moved to the family farm between the towns of Washtucna and Ralston. Bill attended Washtucna public school and graduated from high school in 1956. While a student at Washtucna High School he played football,...
