EALD to host guest speaker as part of Mental Health Awareness Month

The East Adams Library District will be hosting Emily Richman, MS, LMHCA, as a guest speaker as part of its ‘Access Health at East Adams’ program tonight, May 23, at 6 p.m. in the Ritzville Public Library basement.

Richman is a licensed counselor out of the Tri-Cities, a public speaker and a performer. She has been featured as a TEDx Talk presenter and performs stand-up comedy around the PNW.

Richman will be discussing human fear and anxiety responses, and will talk about how mindfulness and grounding exercises can help.
