Jan. 20 house fire in Ritzville leaves none injured

Ritzville and County firefighters were called to a residence at 10th and Adams at approximately just before 8 p.m. on Sunday evening, Jan. 20, to extinguish a fire which was reported to be in the living room area.

The response included four trucks, an ambulance (which was not needed), and 16 firefighters. The residents were not at home at the time; there were no reported injuries. The fire was extinguished and mop-up operations were in place by 8:30 p.m....
