Changes needed at EARH

First, I would like to clarify that the correct name for the foundation is East Adams Rural Healthcare Foundation, not Hospital Foundation.

Whoever is running the website for EARH needs to get Kellie Ottmar and I off the website as being officers of the foundation. Our separation, as well as Doris Larson’s separation, pretty much removed us from the foundation. It has been almost a year since Doris and I have been at EARH and several months for Kellie.

Second: The S.A.I.L. classes have been revised but it is not new, as it has been advertised. Traci Mattox and I held classes at the Zion Church for several years.

Last and most importantly: Accounts Receivable is at a whopping 212 days! The goal from the day the CFO started was to get AR days down to 60 where they should be. Six years later and the days have almost doubled? Get a new chairman of the board, a new CEO and a new CFO. The CFO needs to stop blaming Kim, Jeff, Stacie, Next Gen and do their job.
