HARVEST FESTIVAL. The second annual Adams County Festival took place in downtown Lind on Aug. 25. Throughout the day, residents and visitors had the opportunity to meet and shop from Adams County vendors. The event culminated with the street dance, which featured a performance from the Spokane River Band.
