LaCrosse Schools hosting welcome back barbecue

The LaCrosse School District is hosting a Welcome Back Barbecue on Monday, Aug. 27.

The annual event includes a community open house and welcome back dinner.

The meal will be served at 5:30 p.m., and the meal includes burgers and salad. The schools and classrooms will be open from 6:30-7:30 p.m.

The annual event provides a time for students, parents and community members to meet the teachers, and visit with friends and neighbors.

There is no charge for the meal, and all members of the community are welcome to attend.
