FIRST AVENUE VOLUNTEERS. The First Avenue Beautification Project is nearing completion with the assistance of helpers, like the volunteers from the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-Day Saints on Aug. 4. The volunteer group included (from left) Dustin Killian, George Carleton and his son George, and John Ball.
