WARRIOR ONE. During the Yoga in the Park event on June 19, residents like Harriet Lynch practiced Warrior One and other Yoga poses demonstrated by instructor Rachel Plager. The event was hosted by Yoga with Rachel and the East Adams Rural Healthcare Physical Therapy Department.
