Picnic in the Park July 7

The Lind Community Church will host the annual Picnic in the Park on Saturday, July 7, beginning at 5 p.m. at Lind Town Park.

There event will include free hotdogs, chips, watermelon and refreshments. There will also be live music. Attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair for seating.

Picnic at the Park is the church’s kickoff event for Vacation Bible School (VBS), which will run from July 9-13.

The theme for this year’s VBS will be “Breaking Free,” and the program will run every day from 9 a.m. to noon.
