Lady Broncos sweep Springdale in nonleague doubleheader

The Lind-Ritzville/Sprague Lady Broncos fastpitch softball team began the last leg of their regular season on April 17 with a sweep over Springdale in a nonconference doubleheader, winning 9-7 and 20-16.

In game one of the Springdale doubleheader, Head Coach Todd O’Brien said the Lady Broncos struggled at the plate.

He noted this was due to the Lady Chargers’ pitcher throwing different speeds than what LRS had prepared for during practice.
