CARING NEIGHBORS. Ritzville City Council Member Mike Schrag (left) accepts $750 donation from Caring Neighbors, represented by Dale Anderson. The Caring Neighbors board recently donated $750 to the City of Ritzville for a beautification project at the west entry into Ritzville on First Avenue. The project will include planting trees, shrubs and perennial flowers starting at the Welcome to Ritzville train and wheat sign, and continuing towards town.
