Local churches announce Easter services

Several local churches have announced special service times for the Easter holiday.

The Benge Community Church will have an Outdoor Cowboy Church Easter Sunrise Service on April 1 at Warm Springs Ranch at 7:30 a.m.

The ranch is located south of Benge, one mile north of Mack Road, above the falls on Cow Creek. For more information, call 887-2434.

The gathering site is at the hill of the Three Crosses and overlooks Crab Creek Falls. There will be a campfire, coffee and treats.

Emanuel Lutheran Church will participate in a Maundy Thursday Soup Supper at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sprague on March 29 at 6 p.m. with service to follow.

Emanuel Lutheran will have a Good Friday Service on March 30 for the community at 7 p.m. On April 1, the church will have an Easter breakfast potluck at 9:30 a.m. Easter services will be at 11 a.m. followed by an Easter egg hunt.

The New Hope Center will have its Easter Service on April 1 at 10:30 a.m. with a potluck to follow.

The Ritzville Foursquare Church is having a brunch at 10:15 a.m. on April 1, with a service to follow.

The Lind Community Church will have an Easter Service on April 1 at 10 a.m. at the church.

Trinity United Methodist Church will have a Maundy Thursday potluck and Holy Communion service on March 29 at 6 p.m. The church will have a Good Friday service on March 30 at 6 p.m.

On April 1, TUMC will have a free continental breakfast from 9-10 a.m. followed by Easter Service at 10:30 a.m.

The Washtucna Community Church will have a Maundy Thursday service on March 29 at 6:30 p.m. The church will have a Good Friday service on March 30 at 6:30 p.m.

On April 1, the church will have an early service at 8:15 a.m. followed by a pancake breakfast at 9 a.m. The main service will begin at 11 a.m.

The Zion Philadelphia United Church of Christ will have a Maundy Thursday service at 7 p.m. The Easter service will be on April 1 at 10:30 a.m.
