RDO Equipment announces acquisition of Evergreen Implement

RDO Equipment Co. has announced the acquisition of five Evergreen Implement stores.

RDO Equipment Co., will own all of Evergreen Implement’s five Washington stores to its existing network, including the Ritzville location at 830 West First Avenue.

Evergreen Implement’s stores will changeover to RDO Equipment Co. locations. All current Evergreen Implement employees will retain their jobs in the transition, except for the company’s founder Roger Thieme.
