Jan. 5, 11:59 a.m. –

A Lind complainant requested contact at West Main Street regarding the delivery of a city bill. Deputy Ned Bernath responded and spoke with the complainant.

Jan. 6, 10:43 p.m. – A complainant advised they were stuck in the snow at East Schrag and North Paha-Packard roads. Deputy Mathew Roberson attempted to assist with removing the vehicle but was unable to move the vehicle from the snow. A tow truck was called to assist.

Jan. 7, 2:41 p.m. – Deputy Hunter Klewin provided agency assistance for Washington State Patrol on I-90 for a traffic stop involving a driver having an extraditable warrant and the passenger being a convicted felon.

Jan. 7, 4:30 p.m. – A complainant advised of an injured deer on Gun Club Road in Ritzville. Deputy Klewin responded but was unable to locate the animal.

Jan. 7, 7:38 p.m. – Deputy Roberson provided agency assistance for Washington State Patrol regarding a two vehicle slide off on East Highway 26.

Jan. 7, 11:08 p.m. – A complainant contacted Deputy Roberson reporting being locked out of their vehicle. The complainant demanded Roberson come and wait until they could access the vehicle. Roberson stated he would be unable to do that, and the complainant became upset and demanded he open the vehicle. Roberson offered to call a tow and the offer was declined.

Jan. 8, 6:45 p.m. –

Deputy Roberson responded to a one vehicle slide off on I-90. The driver was not injured and a tow truck arrived to remove the vehicle.

Jan. 8, 8:04 p.m. – While on patrol, Deputy Roberson observed a vehicle in the median on I-90. The driver stated a tow was enroute and they did not require assistance.

Jan. 8, 8:14 p.m. – A complainant advised of a one vehicle traffic collisions with occupants still inside and airbag deployment on I-90. Deputies were unable to locate the vehicle.

Jan. 8, 8:53 p.m. – While traveling on I-90, Deputy Roberson observed a vehicle facing the wrong way in the median. While speaking with the driver, a tow truck arrived to remove the vehicle.

Jan. 9, 1:08 p.m. – Deputies responded to a report of juvenile subjects smoking marijuana on South Taylor Road. The subjects were advised of current marijuana laws and the smoking device and substance were handed over without incident. Those items were submitted for destruction.

Jan. 9, 6:47 p.m. – A Washtucna complainant advised of juveniles trespassing on their property on Southwest D Street. The complainant had security cameras that recorded the subjects. Deputy Klewin made contact with the juveniles and their parents and gave them a warning.
